Dallas Now Dallas was definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone that is new to travel. There are so many areas to explore and it really covers any vibe you are looking for. From Rodeos to Museums to Barbecue, you really can't go wrong with this part of the South. Day 1 We kicked off our first day in the Stockyards, and it’s easy to spend an entire day there—it really feels like its own little town, packed with shops, bars, and restaurants. We stopped at a spot called Second Rodeo Brewing , which offers both indoor and outdoor seating, along with food. If you’re in the mood for a great burger, though, check out the small, tucked-away spot called Love Shack . It has a really charming vibe, with outdoor seating and live music.
